Cameron Kurzeja is an Associate at Shadow Lake Partners, supporting all aspects of Private Equity investment due diligence, value creation and oversight, exit dynamics, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Shadow Lake Partners, Cam was an Investment Banking Associate at Skyway Capital Markets, primarily advising privately owned businesses on majority recapitalizations. Before Skyway Capital Markets, Cam was a Manager in UHY’s Corporate Finance practice providing buy-side and sell-side M&A services to private equity and strategic clients.

Over the course of his career at UHY, Cameron was involved in more than 40 transactions involving middle market and lower middle market companies in the following verticals: (i) pharmaceuticals, (ii) physician services, (iii) industrials, (iv) value-added resellers, (v) media and telecommunications, and (vi) manufacturing. Cameron graduated from Oakland University with a B.A. in Accounting. Cameron holds a CPA license in the state of Michigan and a Series 79.
